Resolved: Error in KATANA’s payments system
UPDATE (2017-11-02): The problem has been resolved and payments are now possible
There seems to be some kind of error in KATANA’s payments system that we’re currently looking into.
If you’re attempting to make a contribution and the last step of the payment is not completed with a message
"Your card was declined. Your request was in test mode, but used a non test card. [...]"
do not be alarmed. No charge has been made to your credit card and no contribution to Olivenia.
Apologies for the situation (it’s a KATANA issue) and as soon as we’re up an running will let you know with another post in order to give it another go.
